SWGfL Assisted Monitoring is a combined solution, bringing together the UAM technology and also a specially designed service to check the data and alerts that it generates and, where necessary, takes action to contact the school and provide support in resolving the relevant issue.

This Service foucses on rapid identification of alerts relating to serious violations, communication with the school and cooridinated action and advice to help to resolve the issue. Rather than removing risk or responsiblity from the school, it will help the school to have a good level of monitoring with the confidence that anything picked up by UAM technology of a severe nature will not go unnoticed.
